6.1 You agree to provide all information and documentation we reasonably require to comply with our Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations.

8.4 All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zetl and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) Your use of our Website or Services;
(b) Your violation of these Terms;
(c) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(d) Your infringement of any third-party rights; or
(e) Any inaccurate or misleading information provided by you.
14. Termination
14.1 You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.
14.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to our Website or Services, or close your Account, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) Breach of these Terms;
(b) Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity;
(c) Failure to provide required information or documentation;
(d) Regulatory requirements or legal obligations;
(e) Extended period of inactivity.
14.3 Upon termination, all outstanding amounts owed by you to us shall become immediately due and payable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction.
15.3 Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore and the language of arbitration shall be English.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by:
(a) The laws of the Republic of Singapore, for Services provided in or from Singapore; or
(b) The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, for Services provided in or from Hong Kong.
16.2 Subject to Section 15.3, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zetl regarding the use of our Website and Services.
17.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without your consent.
17.5 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
17.6 Language: These Terms are prepared in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
